I suspect much advice was about borrowing money at low rates and investing. (That has worked well) Interest rate hikes have panicked a few that may have borrowed to invest and fear they may not make increased payments as well as the tax season.
down 3 cents and almost 10%, may have been a good reason to sell yesterday! Just don't get too downhearted!
