Whole market got smashed except gold (up 7%) on my holdings. That's telling you its across the board, people rush to gold when spooked. AVZ got their long awaited mining licence today and guess what? -19% today was the result.
Its only a problem if you need to sell or don't believe in the fundamentals that made you invest in given company.
