If you listen to this and understand it then you will realise why our shares are getting smashed.
First of all we just had a huge run all time high.
Secondly what happens after a huge run and all time high?
The run we had was during a low VIX around low 20s , so the world markets were stable and the grass was green, sentiment was bullish!
Thirdly we were expecting the DFS , thats the only reason our share price didn't fall earlier! It kept people holding that had already planned on selling on the news!
Then with the delays in the DFS and the VIX pushing up daily with expectations of rate hikes just around the corner it allowed shorters too jump in and work the bearish sentiment! All that we are seeing now was inevitable. Management screwed us by not keeping to their promises. But our share price would have fallen back anyway. Its the perfect storm right now and its honestly looking bad. Its absolutely pointless to give us the DFS now because the market is bearish, SYA have to allow the VIX to fall below 25 to gain a bullish trend and then release the good news. Otherwise it will go to waste
