Sorry let me explain that again. So if the VIX is above 30 its a bear market, simple as that. Even if the market goes green it doesn't give stability. If the VIX is 20 and green and the markets are red its still a bulls Market. So the VIX isn't behind the Market , ITS IN FRONT.
