Sorry I was not clear.
We dont know why the delay for DFS.
But if the delay is due to increase tonnage,
and they did not announce it to explain the delay,
and we found out later that the delay was due to increase tonnage,
then I think its unwise that they did not announce the reason for delay is due to increase in tonnage.
