As stated... the nameplate has been nudged up to
220,000 tpa from 180,000 originally...
The question of how much Auther to NAL Blend ratio is not clear as yet.
There is a good argument that the DFS has been delayed due to NAL requiring a doubling of current nameplate and all that goes with that possible change..
19th of this month has been singled out as possible date of any announcement... let's see.
