Guess what? I have very bad news for you. Even if Authier for whatever remote reason, doesn't work out. NO PROBLEM. We have many options, such as Jourdan who is so desperate to jump in bed with us. Then there's Musk, and scores of other smaller projects that don't have issues. Plenty of them will be more than happy to do a JV with us in return for the use of our concentrator.
AND, did you know that NAL is also grandfathered in? There is absolutely nothing stopping NAL. No BAPE, no nothing. And NAL resources have DOUBLED.
