I take my information relating to climate change from peer reviewed scientific journals and studies.

The mechanisms for the greenhouse effect are pretty well understood and not a disputed scientific fact and although models aren't always perfect, they have a lot more data and research in putted than a poem written by someone born in 1885.

There are other factors outside of human influence that impact climate, but with the information that's out there it's expedient to apply a level of precautionary principle for the factors we can influence
