I am not sure this is the reason for the low proven and probable, but it kind of looks like it.
I believe the limiting factor is the blend. Authier has a measured and indicated of 14.1 mt and the NAL proven and probable is 29.2 .... this seems to be the 67/33 blend. So you would only declare what you needed to blend with Authier.
I believe that Tansim becomes the next blending source, or perhaps an even closer neighbor. Once we have the 2nd blending source approved we would essentially be able to add an additional 27 years and $1 Billion NPV.
