Can I ask why ?
The PFS has a pretty conservative lithium price in it, which is only affected for 2 years with the Piedmont deal, and had an NPV of $1 billion.
So even if you take that NPV to value your MC, does that mean you value all other SYA assets at under $400 million ?
If that's the case, then a lot of companies are about to spiral downwards
