If management knew they needed to do a cap raise, why did they do it at a low point, why didn’t they do it a few weeks back closer to ATH?
Could this cap raise be a binding offtake agreement with an equity investment similar to what CXO did with Ganfeng Aug 21?
CXO’s SP shot up from 36c to 41c over a couple of days and then dropped to 33c where it steadily climbed a per cent or two each day until the board announced the construction contract the FID late September, the SP then didn’t take off until mid Oct.
