No debt- means we're financing this project ourselves, and management are either expecting to be able to finance them he hydroxide through super duper cash flows form elevated prices or they are delaying the issuing of debt until hydroxide plans are finalised. Equally in order to get debt you must strengthen your balance sheet- derisk start up project in order to prove cash flows to support debt repayments are there IMO
