Initially, I thought you'd hit the nail on the head with your theory.
But someone smarter than me pointed out that the PFS dropping on the 23rd, and stating the drop in output from 220K T to 180K T was likely the main reason.
Yeah the SP had started to drop around the 18th, but the biggest drop was from that day the PFS dropped.
As much as I wanted to believe your theory, and maybe there was a portion of that at play, but I think his theory is the likeliest?
