Yes, but it's only short term pain. Not an issue provided they're not planning on offloading any shares soon. It may also explain why PC offloaded a small portion at 37c, knowing what was coming, and he may have needed some funds for tax purposes leading up to EOFY.
I'd imagine these CR's are planned way ahead of time. You don't raise $190M overnight as it may appear. The deals are already done by the time we've been made aware of them. I think his theory has some merit, and if it's right, we shouldn't see too much further pain going forward as shares have already been offloaded ahead of the CR.
...then again, as Brett mentioned, we have acquired some new sophisticated institutions during this latest CR.
