Maybe I'm just reiterating what someone else has mentioned : but if 1B shares were issued at 18c...why would the instos want to sell those ? - they would want to hold onto them.
So, all these shares that are being churned at 16.5-17c are those that are either :
1. Hit stop lossess
2. Scared hands
3. Instos selling to themselves...
This will normally happen (from what I have experienced) for a month or so - then we start to see a rise into 20-30 again. With the help of 1-2 announcements off course)
