Update on my house sale, times of the markets have not yet sold as was passed in at Auction. This is happening more and more and we will likely see more houses come to market and these may fail to sell or/and will have to reduce prices. Pretty standard as happens every cycle.

Now if/ or more correctly when my house sells which I will continue to pursue, I will likely throw most if not all of these funds into Stocks and you guessed it a large portion of it will likely land with SYA. Why you may ask, well my view it is that while potentially higher risk I can't see any where else where I can expect to get a better return on my funds. I have plenty of time on my side and not in need of the funds so why leave in the bank where inflation will eat away at it even with higher savings rates and while possibly saver. It is my money to do what I like with. Each to their own.

We will get through this period as we have done before and we will likely see better days. Chin up everyone.
