Ya that's right. AJM took on around $165 million in ' Junk ' debt to build a producing Plant. We have raised around $315 million to acquire our Northern HUB and to see us through to Production and further development and expansion of our original purchase of an already built and producing plant valued at around C$400 - $500 million for around A$75 - $78 million ( Sayona's contribution ) .

So ALL up we've raised in the order of almost A$400 million ...for the significant development of 3 out of 6 of Quebec's most advanced hard rock lithium projects. And all of this as you say without a single cent of ' Private ' debt funding. So the asset base keep going up and up , which should augur well when we tap the ' Private ' funder's and Quebec ends up chipping in its funding contributions for the downstream processing.

All in all , I'd say its going pretty much to plan right .......
