Moblan Spod will definitely end up being Hydroxide.
NAL, well they have a carbonate plant already 50-60% complete and they may be limited by time so I would think they would push forward towards carbonate.
However it only requires an additional process chain
to create Hydroxide as the final product.
It looks like the price points between carbonate vs hydroxide will start to move apart in comings years.
So definitely if they can expedite they will/should be going for Hydroxide as their preferred option.
However to get out of the PLL off take and to satisfy the NAL purchase agreement they may have to settle for carbonate initially.
They have a lot decisions to make in the next 8-16 months.
