It's fairly easy to understand - they want a piece of what will be a huge success story, but they want it even cheaper than the bargain price it is at already.
I have a solid top-up in at 11c - I'm not going to drop shit on the company to get it, but I'm not really going to complain if I land it (thanks to their efforts) either.
