so we will be sandwiched in between 2 holidays.. The one you mention in Canada on Monday the 24th and in the US the following Monday is Memorial day. I am not sure that DMNXF is tradable in Canada, maybe it is? I am pretty sure that most companies that issue a TH already know what the ann will be, it will just be a matter of whether all parties are ready to announce on the 25th. And by all parties this could be a wide array of potentials, like off-takers and financial institutions.

If CATL is part of the deal they certainly have kept very quiet about it to their share holders, for 2 years and running not one mention of this to their share holders as far as I can tell. If this was a US or AU company that would be very telling, but PRC has a different rule book from the rest of the world, so who knows.

I would not be surprised to see a suspension either. A suspension does however give larger players with more access a better chance at getting their bid in and met before a retail investor, so commercial investors might push for a suspension just to clear the queue.
