So the buyer is Piedmont Carolina inc (subsidury to Piedmont)and the condition says delivered to Hydroxide plant in Carolina by 23/24.
So if the buyer cannot accept the product in time then surely the contract is null and void?
Is that too simple an explanation or is it just that clear ♂️
