Its better to realize the facts sooner than later.
grafiksammler has stated most of it rightfully...and that I will not agree his 10% inflationary mark for building/construction as i is much higher than that and that he has not factored in labor shortages, which is very true and ongoing problem for most sectors, thus adding to the cost.
It's not that we expect you to invest in SYA, but be careful with your money. Just wishing you well here, nothing esle,
