Here are the questions and answers issued during the meetings of the Lithium North America monitoring committee.

Q.1 When is the LAN factory reboot scheduled?
A.1 The restart of production is planned for the first quarter of 2023.
Q.2 Do you have a good stock pile? (A forecast for the addition of equipment)
R.2 The addition of equipment is to be planned, in particular a 2nd
separator and a 3rd
sorter.
Q.3 Is the replacement of obsolete equipment planned?
R.3 Yes, in particular for the crushing equipment, the dust removal system and others according to the
CNESST recommendations.

A.4 The project acquired in 2019 is in the exploration phase. At the moment, efforts are being made to
Authier⁄LAN and Moblan (Baie-James) projects.
