Market is full of ' Surprises ' , ' Mysteries ' , and sometimes' Question's cloaked in ongoing ' Silence '. And ALL of this makes for interesting Investing if you are prepared to do the research and speculate in order to postulate probable outcomes.
And without speculation ,the markets would be indeed boring if not representative by stagnant pricing. Because if it weren't for ' speculation ' , you wouldn't have people taking early and longer view positions on valuation. So it allows for the enthusiasm and interest in a stock to grow and if you thought you knew everything outside of the ' what if ' on what lies ahead , then you'd have everyone selling for lack of the unknown stimulus that ' not knowing ' adds to the story.
Take yesterday's announcement of High Tide Resources acquiring clearcut lithium in the same area of Winsome Resources and Vision Lithium in the Cadiillac region of Quebec which is just to the south east of Authier and South West of NAL.
So when you dig into the ( current ? ) Maps obtained from BOTH Renforth Resources and Hightide you discover a few interesting observations.
FIRSTLY , as per the Maps , you will find that Resources Lithtech or Lithtech Resources Inc is owned by a Company with significant connections to Osisko Mining Group Inc. And the Company that owns them is a company named Harfang Resources Inc. which according to a November 2020 SEC filing was owned 14.% by Osisko Mining but now currently holding an apparent 5% according to a 2022 Corporate presentation by Harfang.
You will also find that Osisko Gold Royalties as well as a company by the name of MEnarik Explorations Inc and another Company referred to as 9852239 Canada Inc which has listed as its paralegal representative of Osisko Gold Royalties ( Claudia Aiello ) is also a company owned by the Osisko Mining Group.
So its interesting that your will then find that, ALL of these companies including Resource Lithtech Inc.shown in the Map and / or Lithtech Resources Inc....who have recorded having NO EMPLOYEES are also listed as having their Corporate Offices at suite 300 - 1100 av. des Canadiens-de-Montréal along with all those other Osisko related companies.
So not only are they located at the same address , but they ALL share the same suite / Office at that address.
Notice also how close one part of High Tides newly acquired tenements abut up against Sayona's bottom TANSIM claims. So will be interesting to follow whether High Tide has difficulties in drilling access and other heritage issues with respects to their project.
O.K ....so ALL of that is ' Mildly ' interesting.
But it gets even more interesting when you look closer at the various Maps which clearly shows Sayona's tenement holdings in this area - ie TANSIM ....albeit as you can see by the modified maps of Sayona whereby I had previously reconciled the TOTAL number of CDC claims which included those 34 Lac Simard claims circled in RED.....and where the High Tide map doesn't include those as being held by Sayona. But they do include those 38 ' New Claims ' added which are located in PURPLE below the previously held 34 CDC claims of Lac Simard.
So you can see in my other MAP reconciliation where I question where those 34 claims have gone to and whether they were in fact disposed of at some point.
So let's assume that High Tides' MAP is more up to date. If it is more up to date ....why then is it showing that Sayona has OTHER tenement claims as highlighted by the purple in the High Tide legend of ' other ' operators in the Cadillac region and to the South of Val D'or which we have never heard of .......
And then the additional interesting point which flows from these observations is that how is it that another Australian Company called ' Narrow River Resources Pty Ltd ' which was ONLY incorporated on March 26th 2021 and just a couple weeks after Sayona announced it had increase its TANSIM claims further .......How is it that this Company acquires most of the available claims to the NORTH and immediate boundary of Tansim ALL THE WAY up to and connection another Australian Lithium players tenements of Winsome resources which weren't acquired until 9th May 2022.
So if we examine the timeline of announcements it goes like this :-
> 11 March 2021 – Sayona expands Tansim project as lithium demand accelerates
> 11 March 2021 Metals Tech capitalises on booming battery Metals Sector.
> 17 March 2021 Metals Tech announces spin out of high grade Lithium Assets.
> 18 March 2021 Sayona announces " Study Confirms Tansim Project High Lithium Potential
> 26 March 2021 - NARROW RIVER RESOURCES PTY LTD was incorporated as an Australian Private Company,Limited by Shares registered in Australia listed as " Active" now.
And then it wasn't until 2022 that Winsome grabbed some claims just to the South and adjoining Vision Lithium's Cadillac claims package.
> 9 May 2022 Winsome Expands Lithium Exploration Footprint in Quebec
So then my questions which would be even more important than having clarification on an already well discussed off-take agreement with our Junior partner is :-
Who owns Narrow River Resources ? .... , And why did they almost immediately surround all the available CDC claims to the North of Tansim and which solidly connect THREE Australian Companies in this exact region of Lithium lithology in Quebec ?? And how is it that it does this less than 2 weeks after Sayona makes its own announcements on 11th March and 18th March 2021 regarding its Tansim project.
And how did they ( Narrow River Resources ) obtain so many claims without the Market catching wind of it. I mean it took around 4 acquisitions for Sayona to accumulate their near equivalent amount of their TANSIM claims packages.
There must be a connection to Sayona right ? Or at least they must be FOLLOWING Sayona - else how would they have known and positioned themselves exactly adjoining their claims ?
And the other Questions I have is obviously centered around the fact that if the High Tide Map is up to date , then why is that Map indicating tenements being held by Sayona which we have NEVER EVER been heard about ? And you can see that ALL of these Cadillac operators are located to the SOUTH West and East of both Authier and NAL.
