And you can see by the trends in what some of the other operators in the Map have paid for their ' similar ' sized claims packages in this highly prospective lithium pegmatite region .

So given you would think that Narrow River Resources had to have staked or acquired its VAST claims area after it was incorporated on 26th March 2021 , it must have also paid circa over C$1 Million in obtaining this very strategic and contiguous area connecting Sayona Quebec's Tansim area to that of Winsome's Cadillac regions claims.

So what are the Odds of this unfolding in this matter if it wasn't by ' Design ' . A set of THREE AUSTRALIAN Companies getting their hands on what looks to be most of this Abitibi's under explored new Lithium Territory....... sneaky.png

Vision Lithium originally staked 105 claims in the Cadillac region with a further 215 of being 100% acquired from 4 separate vendor groups bringing their total number of claims to 322 claims for 18,378 hectares . These 215 vendor claims cost them a total of C$102,427.92 in aggregate cash PLUS 4.2 million Vision common shares for say C20.0 cents per share = C$840,000 plus a 2% net smelter royalty

They then further added 31 staked claims for 1,794.2 hectares in March 2022 .......as part of a 71 claim package including 40 claims for 2,315.5 hectares in the Decelles property for $10,000, 250,000 shares at say C 16.0 cents for another C$40,000 PLUS 2.0% net smelter royalty of which 50% ban be bought back by the Company for C$250,000

So effectively paid via cash and shares approximately C$992,427.92 ( A$1,090,580) plus a potential further C$250,000 ( A$274,725) 50% royalty buy back for their entire visual package which you can see is larger than Sayona's TANSIM and Lac Sinard project has cost them

This compares to Winsome who purchased its 249 claims for around 14,900 hectares for an upfront fee of A$75,000 PLUS 3 tranches of A$250,000 paid in Winsome shares . They also paid a further A$20,000 for the contiguous Nippy Hill claim . Winsome will further pay to the vendor Mr Greisbach 2 separate geological ' milestone ' payments equivalent to A$200,000 PLUS a further payment of A$500,000 upon proving a JORC resource of 10 Mt grading 1% or over Li2O.

They also have a 2% net smelter royalty payable which can also be pared down 50% to 1% by shelling out A$1 million.

So Winsome's TOTAL for their 14,900 hectare Cadillac lithium package appears to be valued at around A$2,545,000 should they go to production and buyback 50% of the royalties.

Whereas High Tide Resources for their recent lithium property acquisition consisting of 249 claims covering approximately 14,400 hectares and as explained below has paid or committed to approximately C$3,610,000 - C$3,620,000 ( or around A$4 million ) and a considerable amount more for a total property which is 4,000 odd hectares less in size than Vision Lithiums package and around 500 hectares smaller than Winsome's.

    > High Tide consideration = C$100,000 up front payment PLUS 1 million shares at say 11 or 12 cents per share = C$110,000 - C$120,000 PLUS C$1 Million in exploration expenditures spent before the THIRD anniversary of acquisition. Vendors retain a 2% net smelter royalty of which 50% can be bought back by the Company for C$1 Million with a further C$500,000 on filing a positive feasibility study and a further $1 Million upon start of commercial production. Milestone payments will be deducted from future initial royalty payments.
