In my opinion, while watching the buy and sell depth throughout the day, it seems to me that distribution and price manipulation to hold down the price is occuring.
SYA wanted to burst through .21 several times and that 10 million depth at .21 after midday scarred many off.
SYA should be trading closer to .30 right now... just a matter of time.
