Do you have the same complaints about people saying "Going to 40 Cents!"??... not seeing any criticism demanding long explanations of those claims?
And there is good reason for saying sub-20... it's all about peaks and troughs. Take a look at any share ever listed on the ASX. I don't need to tell you this though.. because you already know.
