I am not sure whether than statements mean (devil lies in the details?)
1. NAL - 100% to Sayona Quebec (in which Sayona Mining owns 75%, Piedmont owns 25%) or
2. NAL - 75% to Sayona Quebec (in which Sayona Mining owns 75%, Piedmont owns 25%), 25% to Piedmont or
3. NAL - 75% to Sayona Mining, 25% to Piedmont
I personally think it is (1), as they would likely be dealing with a Canadian legal entity Sayona Quebec and not Piedmont (US entity) or Sayona Mining (AUS entity).
