The US congress climate bill alone will raise the tide significantly high for miners. It should be huge, very very huge.
This with the expected lower fed rate hike in Sep can help SYA SP to blow pass 0.3 on monday - possibly reaching 0.32 - 0.35.
Any SYA specific announcements should he held back till the rising tide settles before releasing them to boost it to the next level of 0.4 and beyond.
Further, a WA gold result and Authier BAPE approval should position us around 0.5 by year end. Conservatively. IMO.
