I have wondered about this, as they are working for different companies, with different structures.
I can only assume that like many other corporations do, the work hours are logged and charged onto the other company.
That is, unless they have an in principal agreement that staff will simply be working on what they need to (as PLL are an investor and not in charge of daily management).
