I honestly think it does not matter. That is my opinion, there is a group who disagrees, I respect their opinion.
As for how we got here. Years of CR's and set backs. Lithium mines take for ever to come on line and we have been one of the longest hard rock miners to come online, so we have had to issue a lot of shares to raise money to stay afloat. I am certain they did not plan it this way, but it is where we are.
I do not see us compressing until after the syaoc's are expired. At that point I could see a compression. I think in order to get a listing on NASDAQ the SP has to be above $3.00 a share so if this was an option on the table they would need to do a compression of some magnitude to get there.
