With regards to institutions who are in the business of investing client funds, not sitting on cash, where are they going to want to park their funds? In a speccy, or one with a proven and increasing resource base, approvals in place, Gov backing, debt free, close to production, close to market users....and at the end of the day we're also what people want to be associated with, a green renewable industry. Caterpillar recently offloaded the bulk of their coal handling equipment as it's seen as a "dirty industry" as much as it's still needed. As a company, they and their shareholders don't want to be associated with dirty coal mining anymore.
