People they cannot short your shares if you put your shares up for sale everyday, its the easiest way to stop them short they cannot short what is not available, I have been doing it for ages, an yes the broker pulls them but as soon as they do i put them back of course so one might call it manipulation by me, it may well be a way to even up the odds, i maybe wrong but if my shares are put up for sale its pretty hard for someone else or brokers to lend them out.
