I read a similar story. I am not sure there is much that can be done here. They were de-listed, they declared bankruptcy. I don't know the laws of Quebec, but it seems that they don't really have a way to fix things even if they wanted to. I supposed IQ could set up a side fund to help those who lost their shirts, but that might have to be tied to some amount of success in the future with the new owners.
Projects like this failing hurt the entire industry and drive future investment out. Hopefully the lithium market will turn soon and we can all go about the business of supporting this industry.
