State Friendly Business Environment

The State of Tennessee has a really friendly business environment. This is why companies like Toyota moved their years ago for their ICE car manufacturing. While I do not know the specifics of the incentives received, I would imagine that this is something that can get a company very special financing and tax incentives.

Tennessee Valley Authority

The Tennessee Valley Authority provides low-cost electricity in seven southeastern states, and provides flood control, navigation, and land management for the Tennessee River system.

Battery Supply for Manufactured Cars in the USA

Recent announcements of battery manufacturing plants in and around this area including Kentucky, Tennesse, Georgia, etc is the reason this area is so attractive. Put the Lithium hydroxide in the middle of all of that and disburse to several customers and our plants surrounding the area.
