Measured move theory: Second move equals extent of
first move, therefore:
1st Move – 11.5 to 25 cents =13.5 cents (to bottom of rectangle).
2nd Move – 29. (breakout of rectangle) to ? Add 13.5 first move
to breakout point of 29 = 42.5 cents.
Hopefully some consolidation beforehand, rather than falling back
to early the thirties, and then onwards to 42.5 cents.
