Ha ha .....How is that Slander against HC when it is my opinion that much of sledging of stocks occurs by down ramping market manipulators and opportunists and which generally goes unchecked with nothing ever done about it.

That is an opinion based on observation as a user of this anonymous social media forum....and NOT slander. You should look up the precises meaning.

It may be that they simply do not have the resources to police the issue more prudently , but nevertheless it would seem to be a systemic problem that has got more and more out of control - case in point the evolution of collective social media l la ' Reddit ' / wallstreetbets / the SOES Bandits of the 90's etc etc....

Times are indeed changing , and the groundswell of anarchy and protest will determine if something should be done about it sooner than later.
