The biggest error is raising CR at 0.18 instead of above 0.3. Until today, no one has any clarity on why BL waited for the huge down ramp from 0.39 to below 0.2 and then CR at 0.18.
Current downramp could be the aftermath. Still good gain for those institutions while BL thought that they are holding long term. Retailers - suck thumb. The job may be too big for BL. IMO.
