I’ve been investing about 14 years but have upped the ante the last few years after learning the hard way re my previous post. Quit my job nearly 2 years ago and have no other income other than what I can make out of the markets and have overheads of about 50k p.a . so pretty much just backing myself to do well enough to call it my new job as I won’t get a pension for another 7 years and that won’t be enough to live off anyway. Best case scenario I won’t need the pension payment if I’m really smart or really lucky, either way will take it. Hopefully SYA can keep the momentum going for me.
