Regarding your EBITDA graphic:

1. Not sure if you posted earlier but you should give credit to original author Mr. Ker on Twitter. Saw this too, he seems knowledgable.
2. You're doubling counting the PLL-NAL cost when you break it out AND keep the the 25% EBITDA number (EBITDA is Rev - Cost). So either remove that breakout or instead of EBITDA, make another line for 25% REV total.
3. I see this alot too but the PLL-Tesla deal is for North Carolina spodumene only. It's literally in the first line first paragraph of their Sep 2020 announcement. So...please stop.
