The agreement as I understand it it, is 113,000 tonnes or 50% of production whichever is the greater, so if 300,000 tonnes is produced then PLL gets 150,000 tonnes, SYA still get paid the 900 plus whaterver they sell the extra 30,000 tonnes. correct me if I am wrong on this.
