Those who falsify statistics are sometimes caught up in their own falsifications. So today the Core rate. The "shelter" of owner-occupied houses converted by homeowners ( owners equivelant rate ) have driven the core up significantly. Only: in September, there have been no more rent increases in real terms in the USA. So what has distorted the data: the data of shelters are 6 - 9 months old.
