My take……..
Since acquiring NAL, Authier no longer has a requirement for a concentrator. Therefore the EIS that was submitted for BAPE approval is redundant. Hence why there has been no progress of the current BAPE since March 2021:
Authier BAPE
BAPE will still be required, however will be dependent on the submission of an updated EIS based on a pit style operation given the ore will be processed at NAL.
