If we then ' assume ' that the order of Objectives is aligned to effort in so far as expected timelines and hierarchical order , Can we then interpret G.L's wording to mean that the SECOND objective being the Authier permitting will actually occur between NOW and end of 2022 and ahead of the THIRD objective which would otherwise be completed before the SECOND if indeed Authier permitting were to occur say AFTER March 2023.So in other words by G.L's account it would go something like this :-Objective 1. = NAL concentrator producing by March 2023 - but commissioning having already started. Objective 2. = Authier permitting having been signed off and ready to go for possible blending in 2nd QTR 2023.Objective 3. = Moblan drill results completed but not necessarily disseminated to the Market - thus pushing Objective 2. sometime in the FIRST QTR.In either case , and because even after accounting for the French v English translation in his words , even in the international language of simple counting , 2 would ALWAYS come before 3 right ........
