In December, if I were managing Director of Sayona Mining, I would
be requesting prospective bids from a range of qualified buyers, for
Sayona's first shipment of spodumene concentrate, for expected
delivery in early April. Whether By auction or offtake partner, we could
    expect the following Sayona announcements.

LOADING OF FIRST CONCENTRATE SHIPMENT UNDERWAY AT THE Port of Trois-Rivieres

    ASX News
    , Materials

    ASX:SYA MCAP $5.2B
    9th April 2023 18:06 (AEDT)

First product shipment totalling approximately 6,100t of >6% spodumene
concentrate from the NAL operation in La Corne set to depart
shortly, bound for customers in North Asia.

Australian lithium producer, Sayona Mining Limited (ASX: SYA), is pleased
to announce that loading of its maiden shipment of spodumene concentrate
from their North American Lithium mine (NAL) commenced in Port of
Trois-Rivieres on Wednesday,12 April and is expected to depart shortly,
bound for the Company's off-take partners in north Asia.

Sayona Minings' charter vessel, the 'VP Wallaby Pacific' is chartered to
receive up to 6,800wmt (wet metric tonnes) of spodumene
    concentrate grading approximately 6.1% lithia
    . The product
being loaded is a blend of coarse and fines concentrate
from the NAL Concentrator, which continues to perform to
Sayona Minerals' expectations in respect of both product
    throughput and concentrate quality.

Further optimisation as part of the Company's continuing plant ramp-up is expected to contribute to higher production and further product quality improvements over time.

Given the production rates now being achieved at NAL, planning for subsequent customer deliveries is continuing, with loading of the next vessel - of approximately 8000wmt - targeted to occur from the 4th
week of April. Having achieved producer status, Sayona Mining intends to report on production and sales outcomes from now on as part of the Company's regular quarterly reporting.

Sayona Minings' Managing Director, Brett Lynch, said the first
concentrate shipment marked a very significant milestone for
the reopening of North American Lithium.

    ends.
