I'd strongly recommend 'Transferwise' btw (might have changed now just to 'Wise') if you move funds internationally regularly. You set up digital bank accounts in those currencies, then move funds to your Wise account in the same currency, then convert (at very good rates), then can transfer to your overseas bank account in the same currency. I do it with AUD/GBP lots and it literally takes seconds, it's fantastic imo
