The greed of the institutions is phenomenal. You would think with the government pushing strategy that would help more people to fund their own retirements, they would have an invested interest in reducing the frequency of this behavior - at the end of the day, we've all said it before... it's the mum and dad investors that will suffer from this behaviour while fat cats get fatter.
