Anyone ever seen one of these?
They actually sit outside in temps you can't imagine and somehow survive without maintenance. I am amazed anyone in Quebec has power or phone service, because apparently metal crumbles in the cold. Worse yet buildings with heated infrastructure all just fall apart in super code weather. I think people in Quebec have to rebuild their homes every year as well. I heard about all of this on face book .
