I doubt it will hit 18 cents as it will bring MC to 1.5 billion dollars, Only NAL plant is worth 1 billion dollar if were to build it today, and plus SYA has mulitple projects in hand.
Remenber not many explorers will go to mining and SYA is. Soon this will take off as SP has spend enough time in mid to low 20s. All the best with your target.
