Thanks again man ....I really wouldn't give a rats about what some of the Idiots on here think I just laugh at most of the comments especially when they big up themselves ..I'm pretty happy with my lot at the moment sold up the big place it is 6 1/2 acres and to much work for Mrs M so we have bought half acre in Margaret River to build on I've got about 2 more years FIFO left in me and that's me kicking back sipping on some awesome Margaret River Reds (Cape Grace is my fav)
